This year&#8217;s theme is <strong><em>Reflecting on Nation-Statehood in Eastern Europe, Russia and Eurasia<\/em><\/strong> and the highlights include the keynote addresses by Grzegorz Ekiert (Harvard University) and Catriona Kelly (University of Oxford).
