A half day sandpit to engage in multidisciplinary debate about global challenges in Cyber Security with seed funding available to support the development of a number of projects.
This virtual event is intended to encourage interdisciplinary discussions aimed at finding innovative solutions to major cyber security challenges.
Open to all Kent academics and PhD candidates in all divisions, come along to listen to others’ ideas and /or to present your own by delivering a (maximum) 2-minute “pitch” on the day. After the initial pitches, you will have the chance to work in one or more smaller groups to develop the ideas further. By the end of the morning, we hope to have identified a number of potential projects that could be developed into external funding applications. At least £10,000 of seed funding will be available to support the development of a number of projects after the sandpit.
