Professor Richard G Whitman gives expert comments for Chatham House (October 2013) on US eavesdropping of German Chancellor. His commentary, entitled ‘Transatlantic Relations Hanging on the Telephone’, details the allegations of US government eavesdropping operations on German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s mobile phone.
