The pandemic disruption is not likely to change our world altogether, but it will clearly have profound geopolitical implications, including for international security. In order to understand those possible implications, the GCRF COMPASS project led by Professor Elena Korosteleva, in conjunction with the Minsk Dialogue Council on International Relations (Belarus) and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS Belarus) (Germany), held an online discussion of the topic ‘How will Brexit and the pandemic and its longer-term effects impact the UK’s status and role in the international system?’
