On Monday 25 November Tom Casier will present at a seminar for the staff of the European External Action Service.
The seminar is entitled: ‘Russia strategic partner or strategic challenge’.
The presentation will focus on academic debates about EU-Russia relations and the way ahead. The EEAS seminars invite experts to share and discuss their views with the EU’s diplomatic staff in different areas.
