Honorary Lecturer Michael Steed to talk at local event on the 2017 French Presidential Elections

Michael Steed, Honorary Lecturer in Politics at the School of Politics & International Relations at the University of Kent and former BBC TV election expert, will be the speaker at an event organised by Faversham Town Twinning Association on Monday 13 March 2017 at 7.30pm on the topic of ‘The French Presidential Election 2017’

The event will take place at the Guildhall in Faversham and will discuss:

  • How the French election system works
  • Who the main candidates are
  • Who is likely to win
  • What the implications might be for Europe and the UK
