Professor Elena Korosteleva was invited to lead a debate on EU-Belarus relations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Latvia ‘Belarus: a reality check’, and to contribute to the Riga Conference 2014, debating priorities for the Latvian Presidency in the EU, 2015.
