Politics and IR students amongst most satisfied in the Country!

The School of Politics and International Relations has been ranked 11th in the country for student satisfaction, according to the 2014 National Student Survey results, with 94% of our Undergraduate students satisfied with their course. This improves upon our ranking of 15th for student satisfaction in the recently published Times/Sunday Times Good University Guide.

In addition to student satisfaction, the School scored 94% for Politics teaching  and was ranked 1st by the NSS for organisation and management. We are extremely pleased to report that 92% of our students found employment or went into further study within six months of graduating from Kent, which puts us 16th for Politics graduating students’ employment prospects.

We are extremely grateful to all undergraduate students for providing their feedback on our programmes.

The full NSS results will be made available to view alongside the key information sets on the Unistats website in September. Unistats includes data on students’ entry qualifications, progression through course, degree results, and data showing the types of career and further study that students go on to.
