Although blogging apparently isn’t quite the sport it once was, podcasting hasn’t quite killed the blog star. And there is plenty to write about in the philanthropy research space, so the team at the Centre for Philanthropy are rebooting the blog. We’ve got insights we think are worth sharing, including around advising donors, moonshot philanthropists and young people and philanthropy for a start. And no doubt the odd book review too.

Keep an eye on us or add us to you feeds – and get in touch if there’s anything you would like to talk to us about.

“Fundraising is so varied that it can take years in post to get to know all its various elements, and how they all fit together to build a coherent and effective fundraising operation. The apprenticeship has enabled me to gain – and implement – this understanding in a fraction of the time. I really wish that this qualification was available when I started my career.”

The Level 3 Fundraiser Apprenticeship provides apprentices with the skills, behaviours and knowledge to raise funds and build relationships for your cause. To find out more, email recruitapprenticeships@kent.ac.uk or visit our site now.
