Abstract: The purpose of this talk is to describe how Mean Curvature Flow (MCF) works. We will review some basic facts of Submanifold Theory and provide a series of examples in order to get to the formal definition of MCF. We will, also, provide mathematical computations on how some surfaces evolve under MCF.
