As part of the Kent and Medway Collaborative Outreach Programme. The University of Kent are pleased to offer a new workshop, Confidence in the Classroom.<\/p>\n
This activity is designed for students whose self-confidence might be preventing them from reaching their full potential in the classroom.<\/p>\n
The two-hour workshop focuses on team building and identifying transferable skills in order to encourage students to consider the skills they already have, which they can then apply to their\u00a0studies.<\/p>\n
Following the initial workshop, schools can choose to have a follow-up workshop from a selection of different sessions designed to cover different aspects of confidence building. This selection will be made taking into account the students taking part.<\/p>\n
