Whether you\u2019re studying Drama, Film or Media \u2013 or you just love telling stories \u2013 our conference is designed especially for you.<\/p>\n<p>This conference is aimed at year 12\/level 3 students and will take place on <strong>Friday 19th June<\/strong> at our Canterbury Campus.<\/p>\n<p>Through hands-on creative workshops, talks and seminars, we\u2019ll explore big questions like:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What can human scriptwriters do to show they can\u2019t be replaced by AI?<\/li>\n<li>Is live comedy the last safe space for authentic human voices?<\/li>\n<li>Murderbot and Masculinity \u2013 how do male presenting robots in TV represent masculinity in our culture today<\/li>\n<li>Why do we love to play video games about the end of the world?<\/li>\n<li>Are Memes reshaping modern English?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You\u2019ll meet academics from Film, Media and Drama whose research and professional practice actively explore these questions. And you\u2019ll learn skills, techniques and new perspectives that will help you to think about how to use your authentic voice even while the products of AI swirl all around you.
