Neurodivergent young people can now access a new suite of free, interactive creative resources developed from pioneering research at Kent.<\/p>\n
The\u00a0resources are now freely available<\/a>\u00a0on the Peer Productions website, offering accessible support for young people, educators and families.<\/p>\n______________________________________________________________________________<\/strong><\/p>\nRefugee Week: Day of Welcome<\/strong><\/h3>\n <\/p>\n
The Day of Welcome is an annual day of solidarity and learning in schools that aims to build a culture of welcome and understanding for people seeking sanctuary. Celebrated by over 820 schools and +220,000 young people in 2025, it\u2019s designed to support teachers in kickstarting Refugee Week by providing free live events, resources and activities for pupils of all ages.<\/p>\n

In this session for teachers and advisers, we explore what is useful for universities in a UCAS reference, including extenuating circumstances, and how to best support your students with their personal statements. \u00a0We will provide an insight into what happens to applications when they reach a university, including Clearing. The University\u2019s MSc in Professional Practice \u2013 Teaching & Learning<\/em> is a part-time, coursework assessed, Master\u2019s course which runs over three years and focuses on key aspects of teaching such as the role of schooling and barriers to learning.
