However, we have a packed calendar of events and activities remaining this Summer with capacity left, both in school and on campus. Our Year 12 Exploring Uni Visit Days are still open for bookings, as are our workshops, skills building sessions, and assembly talks (all detailed below). Please do get in touch with the team to discuss your needs.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Our comprehensive curriculum supports year 12 and 13 students during every step of their HE journey, from exploration, to application and transition. Year 12 or 13s can join us for an immersive subject experience, sampling a lecture, library research task and a seminar to discuss their findings. Subjects on offer currently include Psychology, Law, English, Classics, History and Maths.<\/p>\n<p>____________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Journey to Uni talks<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A series of 4 one-hour assembly talks covering the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Making the Right Choice<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Understanding UCAS<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Personal Statements and Interview Techniques<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Student Finance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>____________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mock-Interview Workshop<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 1.5 hour interactive session to develop interview skills (max 30 students).<\/p>\n<p>____________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Skills for Success Workshop<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A 1 hour academic skills workshop, covering either Note-Taking and Revision or Presentation and Communication Skills (max 30 students).<\/p>\n<p>____________________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Year 12 Exploring University Visit Day<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>An immersive campus visit day for Year 12 students, discovering university life beyond the academic study.
