Confidence in the Classroom

As part of the Kent and Medway Collaborative Outreach Programme. The University of Kent are pleased to offer a new workshop, Confidence in the Classroom.

This activity is designed for students whose self-confidence might be preventing them from reaching their full potential in the classroom.

The two-hour workshop focuses on team building and identifying transferable skills in order to encourage students to consider the skills they already have, which they can then apply to their studies.

Following the initial workshop, schools can choose to have a follow-up workshop from a selection of different sessions designed to cover different aspects of confidence building. This selection will be made taking into account the students taking part.

This workshop is for students who have been identified as living within a NCOP ward and is suitable for groups of up to 15 students.
