Access to HE Learner Prize

Tracey Enright awarded prize for Outstanding academic achievement

The Partnership Development Office is proud to offer an Access to Higher Education diploma in conjunction with our sponsor school Brompton Academy and Laser Learning Awards. The programme is a flexible curriculum, with a number of subject modules to choose from, offered part time as evening classes and so is ideal for mature learners with professional and family commitments. On completion, the learners have a full level 3 diploma which affords them entry to Higher Education.

Every year Laser offer prizes for learners in the categories of commitment to study and outstanding academic achievement to all students in the region. Whilst our learner, Tracy Enright,  could easily have been nominated for both, she was nominated for the latter due to the exceptionally high standard of her written work. We are pleased to announce she has been awarded winner in her category, winning £200 which will be presented at Laser’s annual conference in London in July. This automatically enters her into the national Keith Fletcher Memorial Access to HE Prize, the winners of which will be announced later this month.
