Registration and call for talks and posters
Contributed talks or poster submission:

Please submit the title and abstract of your contributed talk here.There will be a poster session: please submit the tittle and abstract here.
An award for the best poster will be given at OPSFA’14.
The prize will be sponsored by Cambridge University Press (CUP).
- Accepted talks/posters will be posted under Participants page. Please let us know if you need an acceptance letter.

- Early Career Researchers from developing countries* (PhD in 2014 or later) or Research students:
By 15 May 2017: (New date!) By 23h59 BST (GMT+1) on the 20th May: £200- After 20 May 2017: £250
- All other participants:

Registration fees cover lunches, coffee-breaks, welcoming reception and conference material.
Bursaries
If you are a PhD Research Student or an Early Career Researcher (PhD in 2014 or later) you can apply for a bursary that will cover the cost of your conference fee. (Priority will be given to those from developing countries.)
To apply fill in this form by the 15th May. A reference will be needed and this can be found here.
Conference dinner is optional and will be held on Thursday, 6th July 2017. It costs £45 per person. This includes a three course meal (drinks included) and a welcome reception.
Optional tours during the free afternoon will be also available. These include:
- guided Canterbury Cathedral tour on the 5thJuly at 14:30 (£15.50 per person with tour and entrance)
- guided Canterbury Walking tour on the 5thJuly at 14:30 (£7 per person).
