Exhibiting together regularly, they record their dreams, annotations, observations, aspirations and their life in Kent.\u00a0The exhibition features work by ceramicists <strong>Barbara Colla<\/strong>\u00a0 and <strong>Clare Curtis<\/strong>, painter <strong>Julie Frampton<\/strong>, painter and printmaker <strong>Ruth McDonald<\/strong>, and printmaker\u00a0<strong>Kristiina Sandoe<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9247\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9247\" style=\"width: 474px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-9247 size-large\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2019\/02\/Coastal-Strata-Ruth-McDonald-1024x619.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"474\" height=\"287\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2019\/02\/Coastal-Strata-Ruth-McDonald-1024x619.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2019\/02\/Coastal-Strata-Ruth-McDonald-150x91.jpg 150w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2019\/02\/Coastal-Strata-Ruth-McDonald-300x181.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9247\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Coastal Strata: Ruth McDonald<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"attachment_9251\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-9251\" style=\"width: 250px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-9251\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2019\/02\/Hepplewhite.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"194\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2019\/02\/Hepplewhite.png 250w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2019\/02\/Hepplewhite-150x116.png 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-9251\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Russell Hepplewhite<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The exhibition reflects the Lunchtime Concert which will be given by <strong>Minerva Voices<\/strong>, the University\u2019s female-voice chamber choir, and ensemble on 13th March, and links particularly to the idea of exploring landscapes, in <em>Tundra<\/em>, an evocative piece by Ola Gjeilo reflecting part of his native Norway, and <em>Fly away, fly away over the sea<\/em>, a recent setting of a words by Christina Rossetti by the exciting British composer Russell Hepplewhite, who will be in attendance. The programme also includes music by Abbess Hildegard of Bingen.
