{"id":7979,"date":"2017-01-13T10:10:02","date_gmt":"2017-01-13T10:10:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/?p=7979"},"modified":"2017-01-13T10:10:02","modified_gmt":"2017-01-13T10:10:02","slug":"new-whats-on-season-now-launched","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/2017\/01\/13\/new-whats-on-season-now-launched\/","title":{"rendered":"New What&#8217;s On season now launched"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With an heraldic fanfare, we&#8217;re delighted to say that our new\u00a0<em>What&#8217;s On<\/em> season is now available <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/music\/whatson.html\" target=\"_blank\">to view online,<\/a> with a mouth-watering programme of events to see you through to July.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/music\/images\/whats_on\/Spring_Summer_2017\/Kinds%20of%20Blue.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"152\" height=\"201\" \/>As usual, we&#8217;ve performances in the majestic surroundings of Canterbury Cathedral with the <strong>Chorus and Symphony Orchestra<\/strong> in Tchaikovsky and Puccini for the annual Colyer-Fergusson concert, and the <strong>Chamber Choir and Ensemble<\/strong> will fill the Crypt with Faur\u00e9&#8217;s evocative <em>Requiem<\/em> in a new chamber edition.
