Admission is free, with a retiring donation.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2015\/10\/Pinnock_Nov2015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6987 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2015\/10\/Pinnock_Nov2015.jpg\" alt=\"Pinnock_Nov2015\" width=\"493\" height=\"278\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2015\/10\/Pinnock_Nov2015.jpg 493w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/music-matters\/files\/2015\/10\/Pinnock_Nov2015-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 493px) 100vw, 493px\" \/><\/a>The Baroque theme continues at the weekend with a performance of Purcell&#8217;s <em>Dido and Aeneas<\/em> under the direction of distinguished performer and conductor, <strong>Trevor Pinnock<\/strong>, in a preview of the concert which will be appearing at London&#8217;s Wigmore Hall the following week. The chorus for the performance is none other than <strong>Tenebrae<\/strong>, one of the country&#8217;s foremost vocal ensembles; the concert also promises a Purcellian miscellany of songs and dances.<\/p>\n<p>Details about both concerts can be found on our What&#8217;s On page online <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/music\/whatson.html\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a>.
