It’s that time of year when the University Music Theatre Society is bracing itself for its annual production – previous shows have included ‘Into the Woods’ (read the review here<\/a>) and ‘Carousel,’ and this year, the Society is really breaking new ground.<\/p>\n

In this, the twentieth-anniversary year of its original performance, Musical Theatre Society <\/em>is presenting ‘Rent,’\u00a0 Jonathan Larson\u2019s Pulitzer Prize-winning rock musical based upon Puccini\u2019s tragic opera, La boh\u00e8me<\/em>.<\/p>\n
