Our lab officially opened its doors on Monday 1st October with the arrival of our first PhD students, Michelle Larbi (left) and Giulia Messa. They’ve been settling in by assisting me with the setting up of lab equipment, catching up on relevant literature, preparing solutions and learning how to look after Xenopus laevis tadpoles. They will be writing their introductory blog posts soon.
