From January to March 2014 the Gulbenkian will be screening a season of Gothic films. Dates and films include:<\/p>\n<p>26th of Jan \u00a0<em>Rebecca<\/em> (Alfred Hitchcock, 1940)<\/p>\n<p>1st of Feb <em>Dial M For Murder<\/em> (Alfred Hitchcock, 1954)<\/p>\n<p>9th of Feb <em>Gaslight<\/em> (Thorold Dickinson, 1940)<\/p>\n<p>24th of Feb <em>Alien<\/em> (Ridley Scott, 1979)<\/p>\n<p>4th of March <em>The Orphanage<\/em> (J.A. Bayona, 2007) (and panel discussion)<\/p>\n<p>22nd of March <em>Coraline<\/em> (Henry Selick, 2009)<\/p>\n<p>Introductions to some of the films will be provided by members of the group with Tamar Jeffers McDonald also\u00a0taking part in a panel discussion on\u00a0 the 4th of March.<\/p>\n<p>More details will be posted here nearer the time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Posted by Sarah Exciting news!
