In\u00a0the Sky Arts\u00a0comedy series Rebecca Front\u00a0stars as\u00a0a therapist helping famous, and infamous,\u00a0women from history. Julia Davis as Pickford can be seen on youtbe: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PlMQ0UT9UaU\">http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=PlMQ0UT9UaU<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/melodramaresearchgroup\/files\/2013\/11\/Davis-as-Pickford.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-818\" alt=\"Davis as Pickford\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/melodramaresearchgroup\/files\/2013\/11\/Davis-as-Pickford.png\" width=\"259\" height=\"194\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0clips\u00a0comment effectively on Pickford&#8217;s star image, genre expectation and silent films. All in 2 and a half minutes!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/melodramaresearchgroup\/files\/2013\/10\/psychobitches.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-715\" alt=\"psychobitches\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/melodramaresearchgroup\/files\/2013\/10\/psychobitches.png\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Apologies, for the delay, but this also seems a good opportunity to congratulate\u00a0Tamar for guessing the right answer to the Bette Davis and Joan Crawford <em>Psychobitches<\/em> Challenge. In the clip Mark Gatiss&#8217; Crawford calls Frances Barber&#8217;s Davis by the single-syllabled\u00a0&#8216;Bet&#8217; rather than the double-syllabled &#8216;Bette&#8217;. Apparently, despite their feud, she would never have dreamed of doing this.
