About the survey<\/h2>\n
\n

Eligible Kent students can complete the\u00a02022 NSS<\/a>\u00a0until 30 April.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The survey is\u00a0anonymous<\/b>\u00a0and will help us understand what you think about studying here so we can\u00a0improve our student experience at Kent.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

The survey takes about\u00a010 minutes to complete<\/b>. We recommend doing the survey as early as possible because\u00a0Ipsos\u00a0MORI, the independent research company who manage the survey, will continue to remind you until you complete it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Am I eligible?<\/h3>\n

In most cases, final year undergraduates are eligible to take the National Student Survey.<\/p>\n

If you are eligible, you would have received an email from\u00a0Ipsos\u00a0MORI during the week commencing 7 February 2022.<\/p>\n

Why should I complete the NSS?<\/h3>\n

The NSS is a way to give your feedback about your experience of Kent.<\/p>\n

The NSS is designed to gather students\u2019 views on key areas that matter to them.<\/p>\n

The results are made public through the\u00a0Discover Uni<\/a>\u00a0website which allows prospective students to compare data about UK higher education courses.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How to claim your free hot drink<\/h2>\n

If you complete the National Student Survey by 28 February 2022 we will give you a free hot drink at one of\u00a0these Canterbury campus outlets<\/a>\u00a0or the Deep End at Medway.<\/p>\n

Here’s how you can claim your free hot drink at Canterbury:<\/b><\/p>\n

  1. Complete the NSS<\/a>\u00a0by midnight on 28 February 2022.<\/li>\n
  2. Email your survey completion confirmation email to\u00a0nss@kent.ac.uk<\/a>.\u00a0Please note<\/b>\u00a0the survey is completely confidential and you do not need to let us know if you have completed the survey. Please don’t share with anyone how you responded to the survey.<\/li>\n
  3. We will then email you your voucher web link.<\/li>\n
  4. You will need to download the\u00a0Order Up app<\/a>\u00a0to use your hot drink voucher at one of these on campus\u00a0catering outlets<\/a>\u00a0by 28 February 2022.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Here’s how you can claim your free hot drink at Medway:<\/b><\/p>\n
