<\/a><\/p>\n28 June marks the 52nd anniversary of the Stonewall Riots in 1969, and so LGBT+ colleagues and allies are warmly invited to join us on the Canterbury Campus from 17.00 on that Monday for a low-key post-work picnic.<\/p>\n
Bring yourself, some drinks and some nibbles and meet us on the lawns between Rutherford and Eliot Colleges. All LGBT+ staff and allies are welcome. University of Kent rainbow lanyards will be available for anyone who wants one while stocks last!<\/p>\n

We regularly run small conferences, as well as being a part of the wider University\u2019s activities for\u00a0LGBT History Month<\/a>\u00a0every February and The International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (IDAHOT) on 17th May each year.<\/p>\n Informal lunches are arranged every month on both the Canterbury and Medway campuses. Everyone is welcome to come chat and socialise. We also have more formal meetings on a regular basis to explore the agenda of the Network.
