Accepting the new Turnitin End-User License Agreement

Turnitin requires that all users making a submission accept the latest End-User License Agreement (EULA). This includes users who have used Turnitin previously as well as users who are new to the service.  The latest EULA appears in a pop-up window in all internet browsers.
