The Law, Policy and Practice of section 20, Children Act 1989.<\/p>\n<p>India&#8217;s work was examined by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/school-of-social-sciences\/people\/1968\/shemmings-david\">Professor David Shemmings<\/a> (School of Social Sciences, Child Protection) and Professor Helen Carr (Southampton Law School).
