Kent Law LLB students Rhianna Melvin and Anna Musch have been awarded a scholarship to attend a two-week\u00a0European\u00a0Summer School<\/a> in Brussels.<\/p>\n

Rhianna and Anna, were two of 17 students selected for scholarships for Kent Summer Schools taking place in Brussels and Paris.<\/p>\n

The Summer School in Brussels, hosted by the Brussels School of International Studies from Sunday 17 June – Saturday 30 June, will address the theme of ‘Europe and the World’.<\/p>\n

Rhianna and Anna will be able to explore the main challenges facing the European Union through a combination of study visits, interactive seminars and debate with policy makers from institutions such as NATO and the European Parliament.<\/p>\n

Although scholarship applications have now closed, it\u2019s not too late to apply – \u00a0applications to all of the University\u2019s Summer Schools remain open<\/a> until Monday 28 May 2018. The cost of \u00a31,700 includes accommodation, tuition, entrance fees on trips, lunches throughout the two weeks, a two-week travel card around Brussels and a celebratory final dinner to mark the end of the course. Students who pay by Monday 16 April will receive an Early Bird discount of \u00a3100 per course.<\/p>\n

Summer School students who subsequently enrol onto one of the Law School\u2019s two LLM programme in Brussels<\/a> will be entitled to a 10% reduction in fees.<\/p>\n
