Social sciences graduates interested in exploring the option of studying a taught Master\u2019s degree in law at Kent are invited to attend an information session on Wednesday 3 December.<\/p>\n
The session offers an opportunity to be introduced to the Kent LLM<\/a>, an innovative one-year Master\u2019s programme that enables students to develop specialisms in a host of subject areas that include International Commercial Law, Environmental Law, European Law, International Law, Criminal Justice, Human Rights, and Medical Law and Ethics.<\/p>\n Co-Director of Graduate Studies at Kent Law School, Dr Vicky Conway, will talk about how the programme is structured, how you can apply and what scholarships are available to help you fund your studies.<\/p>\n There will also be an opportunity to hear current Kent LLM students, from both law and non-law backgrounds, sharing their experiences of the programme and of the transition from undergraduate to postgraduate study.<\/p>\n In advance of the session you can learn more about what it\u2019s like to be a Kent LLM student by visiting the Mastering Law<\/a> blog where students write about their studies, their research and their extra-curricular activities.<\/p>\n The Kent LLM information session will be held in Eliot Lecture Theatre 2 from 5pm \u2013 6pm with a chance to chat informally with staff and LLM students over refreshments once the talks are finished.<\/p>\n Please complete the doodle poll<\/a> to indicate your intention to attend.<\/p>\n
