Organisational Development are running 6 sessions on Managing Mental Health for Line Managers taking place on:<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday 12 June am or pm session<br \/>\nThursday 14 June am or pm session<br \/>\nTuesday 19 June am or pm session<\/p>\n<p>The sessions are targeted for members of staff with management responsibilities<\/p>\n<p><strong>Trainer:<\/strong> Anna Minogue Mind Associate trainer<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Learning objectives &#8211; <\/strong>by the end of this course you should be better able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recognise signs of stress and poor mental health at work<\/li>\n<li>Describe a good practice framework for managing mental health and wellbeing in the workplace<\/li>\n<li>Describe the role of the manager and identify some practical skills and strategies for managing staff\u2019s mental health and wellbeing at work<\/li>\n<li>Signpost to further sources of information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are interested in attending a session, can you please book via the Learning &amp;
