{"id":786,"date":"2019-03-27T14:25:20","date_gmt":"2019-03-27T14:25:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/?p=786"},"modified":"2019-03-27T14:25:20","modified_gmt":"2019-03-27T14:25:20","slug":"change-workshops","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/2019\/03\/27\/change-workshops\/","title":{"rendered":"Change Workshops"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">New Practical Sessions for Managers and Staff During Times of Change<\/p>\n<p>In support of the launch of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/organising-for-success\/\">Organising for Success<\/a> project at the start of the year, L&amp;OD reached out to Senior Leaders at the University with an invitation to provide support through this time of change.<\/p>\n<p>L&amp;OD provided a number of different options to senior leaders of what was available, and as a result, during March the team reviewed and refreshed existing material, and designed and developed new materials for session delivery to commence from the middle of March.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions designed complement the Organising for Success sessions, Leadership Bulletins and other University briefings.<\/p>\n<p>Range of Support Available<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leading &amp;
