{"id":557,"date":"2019-02-12T14:21:58","date_gmt":"2019-02-12T14:21:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/?p=557"},"modified":"2019-02-12T14:21:58","modified_gmt":"2019-02-12T14:21:58","slug":"pathways","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/2019\/02\/12\/pathways\/","title":{"rendered":"Pathways"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In January we welcomed our first participants to the Pathway Programme.\u00a0 This programme is\u00a0to develop and empower staff and support the career development of professional services staff that are not within management positions.<\/p>\n<p>The aim of programme is to provide colleagues within professional services (who wish to progress their careers within the university) the opportunity to increase their self-awareness, learn and develop new skills and create knowledge, so that they can reach their career aspirations.<\/p>\n<p>The programme consists of 6 skills building modules<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Module one \u2013 Introduction 31.01.19<\/li>\n<li>Module two \u2013 CV writing 11.02.19<\/li>\n<li>Module three \u2013 Making and application 05.03.19<\/li>\n<li>Module four &#8211; Interview skills part 1 27.03.19<\/li>\n<li>Modules five &#8211; Interview skills part 2 10.04.19<\/li>\n<li>Modules six \u2013 Putting it into practice 30.04.19<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>January 31\u00a0 &#8211;
