{"id":433,"date":"2018-12-11T16:38:49","date_gmt":"2018-12-11T16:38:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/?p=433"},"modified":"2018-12-18T14:53:02","modified_gmt":"2018-12-18T14:53:02","slug":"lasr-leadership-in-areas-of-significant-responsibility-programme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/2018\/12\/11\/lasr-leadership-in-areas-of-significant-responsibility-programme\/","title":{"rendered":"LASR (Leadership for Areas of Significant Responsibility) Programme"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The LASR programme is targeted at professional managers in Professional Services and Academic staff with leadership roles and comprises of four 1-day development workshops and one \u00bd day workshop, spread across a 8 &#8211; 12 month period, focusing on the themes of:<\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li>HE context and Organisational Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with Others<\/li>\n<li>Influence and Power<\/li>\n<li>Leading and Managing Change<\/li>\n<li>Making Change Happen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>One-to-one development planning sessions and small mixed learning sets are also included in the programme.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0cohort is nominated by their Heads in consultation with the Deans and those from Professional Services are nominated by the Director.
