There is plenty of evidence that supports the importance of investment in personal and professional development, not only in terms of improving and honing professional\u00a0<\/span>practice, but also in contributing to wellbeing and resilience\u00a0in order to\u00a0manage whatever life brings.\u00a0This\u00a0eLearning\u00a0module aims to support managers and future leaders in developing their teams and maximising individual and collective potential(s).\u202fIt will provide you with an overview and knowledge that is essential for success.\u00a0It gives an overview of the main issues, the basic process and the common delivery methods.\u202fWe also look at what\u00a0may be expected\u00a0of managers in terms of monitoring, evaluation and record keeping.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
