{"id":2423,"date":"2021-04-22T08:45:37","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T07:45:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/?p=2423"},"modified":"2021-04-22T08:45:37","modified_gmt":"2021-04-22T07:45:37","slug":"keep-on-learning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/2021\/04\/22\/keep-on-learning\/","title":{"rendered":"Keep on Learning"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Active Bystander Training<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>The training will provide the skills to challenge unacceptable behaviour including those that have become normalised<\/li>\n<li>The session will include group discussion and interactivity and each delegate will receive an PDF \u2018Active Bystander\u2019 toolkit booklet, which contains the main techniques covered in the session.<\/li>\n<li>All sessions will run from 14.00-15.30 the 28th April , 19th May and the 23rd June and places can be <strong>booked via Staff Connect<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Please note that the session is called Bystander Training within Staff Connect &#8211; for ease, please keep all search criteria boxes in Staff Connect blank, and this will bring up all training <\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div class=\"copy-paste-block\">\n<p><b>Cultural Fluency Course available<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This course sets out to develop your cultural fluency and adaptability when working in a multicultural team or society. This module is for staff who are required to conduct an EIA.
