As the new financial year starts (2018\/19) we will begin processing applications for the development funding options of Fee Remission and Central Development Funding (CDF).<\/p>\n

Fee remission<\/strong>
\nFee remission is a benefit for staff who meet the outlined criteria and who are accepted and register for a part-time study programme delivered by the University of Kent. Provided from a university guardian budget, fee remission offers a 50% discount on tuition fees to staff members on UG degree programmes\/modules and 100% discount for research degrees in certain circumstances. It should be noted that fee remission may be determined as a staff benefit and may require declaration for tax purposes.
