The Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Department developed a Senior Women\u2019s Leadership programme which launched as a pilot in January 2018 with a targeted cohort from across the University, both professional services and academic colleagues.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

This year we are delighted to welcome twelve<\/strong> <\/em>senior women from across the organisation to the programme! The programme launches on 15th October and will run over five months.<\/p>\n

Each participant has been nominated by their Head of School or Director of Professional Services Department.<\/p>\n

Although the programme has been specifically designed for women and those who identify as women, L&OD are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusivity and increasing the leadership capabilities of ALL<\/em><\/strong> staff. We offer a range of leadership and management programmes<\/a> to develop and build leadership skills at all levels across the University.<\/p>\n
