{"id":1314,"date":"2019-09-04T16:39:01","date_gmt":"2019-09-04T15:39:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/?p=1314"},"modified":"2019-09-10T08:38:50","modified_gmt":"2019-09-10T07:38:50","slug":"launch-of-kent-employee-apprenticeship-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/2019\/09\/04\/launch-of-kent-employee-apprenticeship-network\/","title":{"rendered":"Launch of Kent Employee Apprenticeship Network"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For 19\/20 we are pleased to announce that we have launched the <strong>Kent Employee Apprenticeship Network<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The aims of this network are to:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support those undertaking an Apprenticeship<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to anyone who is mentoring or line managing an Apprentice<\/li>\n<li>Promote and raise the profile of Apprenticeships<\/li>\n<li>Celebrate achievement of Apprentices<\/li>\n<li>Identify ways to increase knowledge of Apprenticeships \u2013 i.e. use of internal and external speakers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who should attend<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any Kent employee undertaking an Apprenticeship<\/li>\n<li>Anyone who is supporting\/mentoring an Apprentice<\/li>\n<li>Line managers of an Apprentice for existing employees and new Apprentices to Kent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Details of events which will be termly for 2 hours<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Launch event &#8211;
