We&#8217;ve been offering &#8216;bite-sized&#8217; workshops on change, for managers and staff.<\/p>\n<p>Following Council&#8217;s approval of the Organising for Success proposals, we&#8217;ve continued to offer the sessions during the summer. Three more are running in August, all from 10.00am &#8211; 12.00pm:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>12 August <\/strong>at<strong> Medway<\/strong> &#8211; Supporting Staff through Change (open to all line managers)<\/li>\n<li><strong>22 August<\/strong> at <strong>Canterbury<\/strong> &#8211; Working in an Environment of Change (open to all staff, regardless of role)<\/li>\n<li><strong>28 August<\/strong> at <strong>Canterbury<\/strong> &#8211; Supporting Staff through Change (open to all line managers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Those who&#8217;ve participated to date say they&#8217;ve picked up useful hints and tips, and found sharing experiences and ideas with colleagues from other parts of the University extremely helpful.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions are all bookable via Staff Connect.
