The team, some of whom took up their roles earlier this month, came together to share experiences and shape the optimum ways of working together during these exciting times. The day was co-facilitated by Lyn McBriar (L&amp;OD Consultant \u2013 Leadership) and Fiona Poole (HR Business Partner \u2013 Organisational Change), with input from Lynne Gill (Manager, Organisational and People Development, Canterbury Christ Church University).
