{"id":1071,"date":"2019-06-18T11:21:15","date_gmt":"2019-06-18T10:21:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/?p=1071"},"modified":"2019-06-18T11:21:15","modified_gmt":"2019-06-18T10:21:15","slug":"equality-diversity-and-inclusivity-data","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/2019\/06\/18\/equality-diversity-and-inclusivity-data\/","title":{"rendered":"Equality Diversity and Inclusivity Data"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"lead\">Your Information is important to us.<\/p>\n<p>Staff Connect puts you in control by allowing you to review and update your personal details to make sure the University always has the most up to date information for you.<\/p>\n<p>With life being so busy, it is easy to forget to check your EDI data, tell the University about a change in circumstances such as your new address or a change in telephone number for an emergency contact.<\/p>\n<p>Missing EDI information makes it very difficult for us to succeed with initiatives such as Athena Swan and identifying and addressing gender, ethnicity or disability pay gaps, so please would you take just a few minutes from your day to check and update your personal details?<\/p>\n<p>To get a quick overview of the details that you are missing you can log into Staff Connect, click on the spanner next to \u2018Dashboard\u2019 in the left-hand menu then select \u2018Reporting Services\u2019. Click on the cog in the top right of the widget that has appeared and select Personal Data Check; the details that are missing will be red.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1072\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/files\/2019\/06\/EDI-Widget-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/files\/2019\/06\/EDI-Widget-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/landodlatestnews\/files\/2019\/06\/EDI-Widget.jpg 274w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Please note that this widget is only accessible when you are on campus or via VPN when off-campus.<\/p>\n<p>You can review and update your personal information by selecting the \u2018My Details\u2019 button from the left-hand menu.
