How did your journey bring you to the University of Kent?<\/strong><\/p>\n

I have worked across diverse sectors of activity including hospitality, health and social care, charitable not for profit and more recently manufacturing. I have enjoyed learning the specificity of each sector and taking away best practice. My successive roles have predominantly been focused on supporting organisations through change. I have a passion for engagement and talent development. I am delighted to have joined the University in the role of Assistant Director, Learning and Organisational Development and look forward to the positive challenges ahead.<\/p>\n

I have a passion for vintage photography with quite an extensive collection of vintage cameras\u2026.<\/p>\n
