The Kent School of Architecture and Planning is proud to introduce CONTOUR – the 2023 End of Year Show – which is now available to view on the ground floor of the Marlowe Building.
As always the show has been curated and produced by the students themselves and offers a chance for them to display the work that they’ve produced in the 2022/2023 year
Reflecting on the work produced this year, Head of School, Chloe Street Tarbatt said: ‘Real-world experience is central to developing an understanding of the contemporary context that designers work within, and as such, at KSAP we are committed to using ‘Live Projects’ on our programmes to offer students exposure to real clients and stakeholders, while simultaneously allowing the potential to contribute to live debates and commissions.
‘Through these, we tap into the rich regional context of Kent and have developed fruitful partnerships with Local Authorities and public institutions including; Medway, Swale, Thanet, Dover and Canterbury. Our students have fully engaged with the challenges of these projects, and there are some fantastic design proposals on the walls this year, which also offer creative inspiration and tangible value to our regional partners.’
The show is open to all until Wednesday 14 June, with work also available to view online at www.kentarchshow.online.
