One of the significant research projects currently being conducting within Kent Law School is run by Dr Emilie Cloatre on the governance of new technologies. This project is funding by the AHRC. Part of this project involves the hosting of a number of workshops where aspects of this work will be discussed. Dr Cloatre has kindly agreed to allow a small number of LLM students to attend the next workshop which will look specifically at the role of Quangos and think-tanks in decision-making processes. It will be in London on 6th October. The programme is here
