We’re delighted to announce that Antonio Fletcher, Partner and Employment Law Specialist at Brachers LLP, will be speaking at the upcoming HR Conference on 24 November.
Antonio is a Partner and employment law specialist at leading Kent law firm, Brachers LLP and is also head of their Education Sector Team. Antonio acts for a number of SMEs as well as large organisations in both the profit and not for profit sectors.
His talk will focus on the legal considerations that will need to be taken into consideration as new working practices are introduced within organisations. He will cover topics including:
- Varying contractual provisions and entitlements;
- Avoiding discrimination;
- Requesting flexibility of your employees;
- Considerations and obligations relating to employees’ place of work.
