The KentVision Programme invites you to one or more of our Open Forum’s – sign up is open now so save a place while they’re still available!
As we prepare and transition to KentVision there is lots to share, so with at least one event each month, we’ll cover enough ground that there is something of interest for everyone over the course of the Forums, if not at every Forum!
Always on a Wednesday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm, dates, agendas and everything else you need to know is available here.
The set-up is broadly the same each month at Canterbury. Held at the Innovation Centre and utilising two meeting rooms and a break out area equipped with refreshments, we’ll start with a welcome and an opportunity to open discussions before attendees split roughly equally across two rooms. Two sessions run in parallel to offer a choice and if you just can’t choose, go to both! After a short break, each session is repeated so you can swap rooms and see everything there is on offer in an intimate enough group size that discussion and questions can flow freely.
And at Medway, still always on a Wednesday afternoon from 2pm to 5pm, a more traditional event with presentations and demonstrations held in one room, still with a generous portion of time for networking, discussion and of course refreshments.

KentVision is a Business Change Programme, undertaken by the University to support improvements in student lifecycle administration and student experience.
KentVision will involve refining our business processes, implementing the Tribal SITS product across enrolment to congregations, integrating admissions with enrolment to congregations and decommissioning the student data system.
From September 2018 KentVision will be used for an array of administrative activities across the complete student lifecycle, including everything from student, programme and module look ups to registering students, viewing module diets, entering and viewing marks, approving PGR supervisory meetings, processing scholarships and more.
Students will also use KentVision to enrol, choose modules, access their timetables and view personal information, PGR progress reviews and their marks.
