World Mental Health Day

The University of Kent is celebrating World Mental Health Day (Wednesday 10th October 2018) with a week’s worth of events on the Canterbury and Medway campuses.

Events are open to all students and most are free to attend. See below for a detailed list of the week’s activities.

Understanding Mental Health Difficulties Bite Size Talk by Kate Pitchforth for Kent staff only – an overview of some of the mental health difficulties experienced by students at University, support offered by the Wellbeing Team, advice for staff assisting students and for their own self-care

6pm Grimond Lecture Theatre 3
