From using pool noodles to scoop up objects to balancing a pen between a group using just their fingers, the activities tested coordination, team work and communication. Teams also took on a hoop challenge, working together to travel while making the most of one spare hoop, and put their communication skills to the test in a blindfolded obstacle race.

The session also offered a taster of Archery Tag, giving staff a chance to try something new ahead of the tournament.

Why take part in the VC’s Cup?

Taking part in the Vice-Chancellor’s Cup is a great way to get active, meet colleagues and try something new.
