See below for the full timetable and details of booking your space. Please note, all sessions will have a set capacity so book early to secure your place.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Morning sessions<\/h3>\n<p>Join our regular Friday morning classes for free:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8am to 8.45am &#8211; relax and unwind with a gentle <strong>Stretch, Tone, and Relax<\/strong> session with an in-person instructor<\/li>\n<li>8.45am to 9.15am &#8211; Dance your heart out to incredible music with virtual instructors with <strong>Les Mills Dance<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>12.15pm to 1.05pm &#8211; Build strength and tone your body with <strong>Les Mills BodyPump<\/strong> with an in-person instructor<\/li>\n<li>1.15pm to 2pm &#8211; Learn to stretch and breath through different positions in <strong>Yoga<\/strong> with an in-person instructor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Booking for all classes can be done through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kentsport.kent.ac.uk\/lhweb\/en\/members\/home\">your online account<\/a><\/strong> as usual.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Menopause Gym Sessions<\/h3>\n<p>In the afternoon, join the Fitness Team for tailored gym sessions. The focus will be on Menopause support, but all members are welcome to join for specific advice and guidance. The gym sessions will run at:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">12pm to 1pm<\/span><\/li>\n<li>1pm to 2pm<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial\">Maximum 15 participants per session<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Menopause gym sessions will need to be booked at the Sports Centre reception separately. Speak to a member of staff on arrival and fill out the form to book your place.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>Informal drop-in and chat<\/h3>\n<p>From 2pm to 2.30pm, we&#8217;ll be offering an informal session at the Sports Centre for anyone who would like to stay or come along to talk with Liz, Jeni, and Nat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current classes and programmes<\/li>\n<li>The Menopause Fitness Course<\/li>\n<li>Other support services we offer at Kent Sport<\/li>\n<li>Social sport and activity programmes<\/li>\n<li>Chat to staff and other members with free tea and coffee<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>Additional support and events<\/h3>\n<p>If you fancy something more sporty to celebrate the day, visit our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.kent.ac.uk\/kentsport-news\/international-womens-day-extravaganza-is-back-for-2026\/\">International Women&#8217;s Day Extravaganza<\/a><\/strong> blog post for details of the Kent FA football event on campus.<\/p>\n<p>See our Health and Fitness webpage for details of our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kent.ac.uk\/sports\/health-and-fitness#timetable\">Women and Non-Binary members only gym hours<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>We also offer free Initial Fitness Consultations for all members.
